Avocado Egg Salad

Avocado Egg Salad

4 large hard boiled eggs

2 avocados, peeled and pitted

½ t. salt

Black pepper to taste

¼ cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt

1 T. lime juice

1 t. sugar

½ t. mustard



Mash and mix eggs, avocado, salt and pepper together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Serve open-faced on toast.
