A spoon makes it simple to remove the skin from a kiwi. Use a knife to cut off one end, then insert a spoon just beneath the skin on the cut end with the cupped side facing the fruit. Push the spoon under the skin toward the other end, then sweep the spoon all the way around the kiwi. Gently push the fruit out of the peel, fold the peel back and pull off. Cut off the other end and slice.
