Last summer, we announced a two-year implementation plan for increasing the cost of outdoor lighting, as a result of a cost-of-service study. The costs associated with obtaining and maintaining lighting have increased significantly over the past several years. 

The second phase of the increase will be in effect on August 2023 billing statements, as shown below.
