Operation Round Up gives to local nonprofits: January 2024

In January, the Operation Round Up board awarded four local organizations grants:

Argos Jr./Sr. High received funding to purchase textbooks for business classes. Argos Jr./Sr. High provides several business classes on marketing, financial literacy, and management.

Cultivate Food Rescue received funding to provide perishable food and frozen meals to a network of pantries and service agencies in Marshall County. Cultivate Food Rescue partners with several organizations to supply meals to those in need throughout Elkhart, Marshall, and St. Joseph counties.

Marshall County 4-H Dog Club received funding to purchase new obedience and showmanship mats for training. Marshall County 4-H Dog Club provides 4-H students with hands-on training that teaches valuable information about properly caring for their canine while building life skills.

Project Help: Bremen Bags received funding to cover a month’s worth of meals for students in need. The Bremen Bags program provides additional food each weekend to students in food-insecure households.
