As your co-op, we are empowered to do more for our community.

Steuben County REMC members recently awarded funds to two local organizations in our community through the Operation Round Up program. The average contribution by a member per year is $6, with a maximum contribution of $11.88. These pennies, donated by members like you, add up to make a significant impact on our local community.

THE 2023 QUARTER 4 GRANTEES ARE:

  • American Red Cross (Home Fire Relief Program in Steuben County)
  • Steuben Arts Scene (2024 Art Events)

The voluntary board, composed of Steuben County REMC members, oversees the application and allocation process.

The Steuben County REMC Operation Round Up program is currently accepting grant applications, and the next due date is March 29.

This fund benefits the local community and focuses on economic development. Some funded projects include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement of Steuben County, and local food banks and youth programs.

501(c)(3) organizations can apply at steubenfoundation.org and access the grant portal by selecting “Apply” and then “Grants” at the top of the page.
