Boone REMC has completed a meter changeout project to provide better use data for all our members. With the new meters, members can see daily and monthly kilowatt-hour use through SmartHub, our member-facing account management tool, and use the information to find ways to save.
Due to the meter exchange project, you may notice that your SmartHub account shows two meters. The old meter will appear in your account for at least 12 months in order to provide you with yearly electric use data. This will not affect your billing.
