If you hover your cursor over a specific location on the map, it will show a box containing a short overview of statistics on the outage.

With the unpredictable nature of Indiana weather, Noble REMC provides an important and informative resource in our outage map, available online or through our mobile app, SmartHub.

We created the map as a better way to serve you more efficiently with the latest in technology, a goal we’re continually striving toward.

The outage map can be found by visiting our website, nobleremc.com, and clicking on the “Online Outage Map” button on the left-hand side, which will take you to a link to the outage map.

Once on the map, you’ll be able to see a table labeled “Customers Summary” on the right side, which will list any outages with details such as the townships affected, number of members out of power, total number of members served in that area and the percentage of those affected.

During an outage, the map itself will be color coded to highlight the general area affected by the outage, with a legend provided on the bottom left of the page to indicate how many are without power. You can also hover your browser cursor over each township for a short summary of the outage.

To view outage information on your SmartHub app, simply tap the Outage Map icon on the program’s home screen. This will initially bring up the Customers Summary screen, which will list the details of each outage. To switch to the map outlining the outages, tap the image of three horizontal lines on the top right of your mobile device and choose Map. This will allow you to toggle between the two screens.

Providing this minute-by-minute outage map is our way of keeping you in the light, even when you may be in the dark.
