Hopefully you have completed most of your holiday shopping, but if you’re still searching for some last-minute gift ideas, look no further than what we have right here in our community.

There’s plenty of time to support local businesses, so here’s some inspiration located on Noble REMC lines.

DREAMING OF WARMER WEATHER

• It may be time to invest in some outdoor furniture. Three Birds Casual sells sustainable luxury teak patio furniture. Visit the retail store at 71 E 400 South, Albion, or visit three-birds.com for more information.

• Get ahead of the crowd by purchasing your seasonal golf memberships or equipment from either Cobblestone Golf Course (cobblestonegc.com) or Noble Hawk Golf Links (noblehawk.com).

HOPING FOR COZY VIBES

• Make your home smell like apple cider donuts, vanilla coffee or cranberry woodlands by shopping at Crooked Mile Candles. The home-based Kimmell business sells candles, room sprays and bath products at crookedmilecandlesllc.square.site.

• When you make your favorite warm latte or tea, you’re going to need a cute mug to go with it. Check out Mudworks Pottery, which is created by a Noble REMC member and sold at Fox Den in Albion. All pieces are safe for food, dishwashers, microwaves and ovens.

SHOPPING FOR A FOODIE

• There’s nothing more satisfying than a hearty breakfast, so why not grab a gift card to Half Acre Café, south of Albion? This spot is known for its country cooking for breakfast or lunch. Buy one at the restaurant or online at half-acre.com.

• If you’re buying for someone who likes to cook at home, start at Pork ‘N Cleaver. They sell locally sourced and butchered meat, as well as handcrafted items produced in our community. They’re located at the corner of SR 9 and U. S. 33.

TIME TO TREAT YO’ SELF

• A clean car makes a happy driver, so it’s time to splurge on a detailing from a local business. Double D Detailing in rural Avilla and House of Wax in rural Albion are great options to make it happen. Find them both on Facebook.

• For those who like to keep active, even in the colder months, it may be time to buy a membership to Augusta Hills Learning, Recreation and Community Center, which houses a walking track and full gym floor and offers other programs and leagues. Find our more at augustahills.org.

FUN FOR FURRY FRIENDS

• Instead of another bone to chew on or stuffed animal to tear apart, why not go the extra mile for your pooch or cat with a grooming or minivacation at Your Dog’s Best Friend in Avilla? Baths and nail trims are available. Learn more at yourdogsbestfriendofavilla.com.
