Instead of other conventional methods, you may prefer to have the amount of your monthly bill automatically deducted from your designated bank account through autopay.

Autopay:
• Is free, convenient, and requires your permission
• Will automatically draw money from your bank account to pay your monthly bill on the 20th of every month. If this date falls on a holiday or weekend, the draft will occur the next business day.

Once you sign up, you will receive your bill as usual. However, included on the bill will be the statement, “Autopay Amount $XX.XX; Bank Account will be drafted on the 20th of the month.” The bill is sent for your records.

To enroll in Autopay
Fill out the Autopay Authorization form (as seen in the October 2026 printed issue) and mail a voided check to our office. You can also fill out the form online at southerinindianapower.com/my-account/payment-billing.
