Summer is not complete without attending summer camp! KV REMC was proud to sponsor Patrick Flahavin, an incoming seventh grader at Taft Middle School, for Camp Kilowatt this year. Flahavin had to apply and be selected to participate.  

This four-day, three-night camp took place at Camp Tecumseh and included traditional outdoor camp activities, electrical safety practices, and cooperative business education. It is a great way for students to learn about the role of electric cooperatives in the community while enjoying all the fun of camp.  

Participants took part in activities such as ziplining, rock wall climbing, archery, canoeing, swimming, and much more!
