Kankakee Valley REMC is proud to continue its tradition of investing in the future of our communities by offering two scholarship options to 2026 graduating high school seniors. To be eligible for all scholarships, students must be graduating from high school in the 2026 academic year and have a parent or guardian who is a member of KV REMC. Families must also participate in the Operation Round Up program as of Feb. 2, 2026.

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

Six awards available totaling $8,000

• Two $2,000 undergraduate scholarships

• Four $1,000 undergraduate scholarships

The Undergraduate Scholarship is available to any high school senior graduating in the 2025-26 academic year who is planning to continue their education at a college or university.

TRADES SCHOLARSHIP

Two awards available totaling $3,000

• Two $1,500 trades scholarships

The Trades Scholarship, a new scholarship for this year, is available to any high school senior graduating in 2025-26 academic year who is planning to enter a trade.

The application for both the Undergraduate Scholarship and the Trades Scholarship is available at kvremc.com. To download the form, visit the “Community” tab and select “Operation Round Up.” Completed applications must be submitted to the KV REMC office by March 2, 2026, at 3: 30 p.m. CT. No late applications will be accepted, so students are encouraged to start early!
