- Todd Smith presented the IEC report.
- Deweese presented the monthly legal report.
- Williams presented the monthly CEO report.
- Minutes from June board meeting and June financials were approved.
- Monthly operating, member services, human resources, and safety reports were reviewed and approved.
- New business — Policy 713 was approved.
- Set next board meeting for Tuesday, Aug. 25, 6 p.m. at the REMC headquarters.
