Important notice regarding billing delays

We are aware that some members have experienced delays in receiving their electric bills by mail. Please note that all bills are sent from out of state, and unfortunately, we are unable to control how long the postal service takes to deliver the mail. We have heard reports of delays within the postal system, which may be contributing to the issue.

To ensure timely receipt of your bill, we encourage you to take advantage of our free e-bill option. With e-bill, you can view your bill immediately through SmartHub as soon as it’s issued. This is the quickest and most reliable way to access your billing information.

While checks are always welcome for account payments, you can also make payments online, by phone, or by setting up automatic payments — all without any transaction fees. These options help eliminate the risk of late fees in case your payment is delayed in reaching our office.
