One simple but important way you can support these efforts is by making sure your contact information is accurate and up to date. That includes your current phone number, especially if youve switched to using only a cell phone, and your email address.
Having the correct contact info on file allows us to:
- Communicate quickly during outages and power restoration
- Notify you in advance about planned maintenance or service interruptions
- Share important monthly updates about co-op programs, events, and services
Even more importantly, your phone number is tied to your service address in our outage management system. When you call to report a power outage, our system uses that number to locate your account, allowing us to respond more quickly, efficiently, and accurately to get the lights back on faster.

Another meaningful way to help your co-op, and the environment, is by signing up for paperless billing. With the rising costs of postage, printing, and paper, switching to paperless helps us reduce operating expenses and keep your rates as low as possible. Its a smart option, especially if you typically dont open or need a printed bill. Plus, you will still get easy access to your billing history and account info through our SmartHub app or online portal.
