If you’ve ever called Southern Indiana Power with an account or rebate question, chances are you’ve heard Heather Toothman’s friendly voice — or been greeted by her warm smile in our office.

Heather has been part of our cooperative for more than 22 years, helping members with everything from energy efficiency rebates and account requests to community programs, parade floats, and special projects.

Outside of work, Heather loves summer, spending time with friends and family, attending sporting events, and visiting Indiana University to see her daughter.

Known around the office as our resident artist, Heather adds a creative touch to displays and projects — sometimes even hiding as “Where’s Waldo?” in the details.

Whether on the phone or in person, Heather helps keep Southern Indiana Power connected to the community we proudly serve.
