Clean or replace your furnace filter.

A clogged filter will restrict airflow and force your equipment to work harder.  This could then result in the equipment shutting down or overheating.

Has your furnace been inspected?

Before the cool weather hits, have your furnace inspected and maintenanced  by a qualified technician.  Proper maintenance will prolong the life of your system and keep it safe for your family.

Test your carbon monoxide detectors.

Have your home equipped with working carbon monoxide detectors. Malfunctioning or improperly installed fuel-burning equipment can release carbon monoxide.  Having your heating system checked and maintained can reduce the risk of carbon monoxide in your home.
