As we move into the 2026 board of directors election cycle, a key deadline is approaching: members interested in being placed on the ballot through the petition process must submit completed materials by Jan. 30.

Directors will be elected this year to represent Districts 1, 2, and 3. Eligible members who live in these districts may seek a spot on the ballot by completing a candidate questionnaire and gathering the required number of member signatures. District number appears in the top right corner of your billing statement, and all forms are available at boonepower.com/board-of-directors.

Our election process, including the petition option, ensures equal access for members who wish to participate in cooperative governance, whether as a candidate or as a voter. All petitioners and incumbents will have their eligibility verified before the ballot is finalized.
