Cooperative employee Kristi Fricke, member service representative, recently completed the Rural Electric Leaders in Training Exchange (RELITE) program offered by Indiana Electric Cooperatives. Fricke graduated from the two-year leadership development program, while Engineering Supervisor Cody Fletcher completed a third year of service to the RELITE program as a facilitator, helping guide and mentor program participants.

Jason Hughes, journeyman lineman, recently graduated from the Advanced Lineman Training Program (ALTP), offered through Indiana Electric Cooperatives. Over the three-year program, Hughes strengthened his technical skills, safety practices, and leadership abilities, preparing to lead line crews with expertise and confidence.
