To avoid paying additional service fees and to guarantee your payment arrives on time, do not use third-party sites like

Miami-Cass REMC offers our members several easy and convenient ways to pay their bills. However, we recently discovered that some members are using outside, third-party vendors to pay their bills, for which they are being charged an additional service fee. As a reminder to our members, Miami-Cass REMC is not affiliated with any third-party vendor payment systems.

The REMC uses SmartHub, our member portal, to process online payments. SmartHub can be accessed via our website (now featuring direct login access from or through downloading the SmartHub app for iPhone or Android. If you do not see the REMC login screen (pictured below), or if you are not accessing SmartHub directly through our website, then you are not on an REMC-approved payment site.

Sites like have created a separate website for bill payment that appears as though it is coming from the REMC. is a separate entity that charges users additional fees to utilize its bill payment services. Miami-Cass REMC is not affiliated with this entity.

Because sites like this are third party, sometimes payments do not reach our office by your payment due date and may incur additional late fees and penalties. We strongly encourage you to pay directly through the co-op.

You can always pay your bill by paying online at via our SmartHub portal or you can stop by our office and pay your bill at 3086 W. 100 N., Peru, during business hours.
