As a customer service representative, Rice has been a warm, welcoming presence for members and coworkers alike. Her kindness, quick wit, and deep understanding of cooperative principles have made her an invaluable part of our team. 

To honor this milestone, Rice was presented with a commemorative plaque and a gift card for a relaxing spa treatment. The REMC team also celebrated with a party featuring charcuterie, cake, and plenty of laughs  — just the way she would want it!
