Kahle wins first-place scholarship from Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives Jacob Kahle, a Kalida High School senior, was awarded a first-place, $3,600 scholarship at the Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives Children of Members Scholarship competition held in April.
