
Capital credits of less than $600 will be applied to your account if due to you.
Credits of more than $600 will be returned via check if the proper paperwork is on file.
Capital credits were issued in November to members who were on the lines 2002, 2006, and 2023.
Our website has a list of unclaimed capital credits. If you see anyone you know listed, please let them know to contact our office.
If you receive a check for someone who doesn’t live at your address, please write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the outside of the envelope and note that the addressee no longer lives at your address. This will ensure the check is returned and help us update our records.
If you receive a check for a deceased relative, we can reissue a check in the heir’s name once the proper paperwork has been filed.
If you receive a check issued to a deceased spouse, please be aware that banks will not cash checks made to a deceased person. We will reissue a check once the proper paperwork has been completed in our office.
If your account is still in your deceased spouse’s name, we must update the account. Legally, we cannot maintain an active account in the name of a deceased person. Hidden #35289001. Please call our office to update the account, and we will reissue any checks that may have been written in the deceased member’s name.
