Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-oz.) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • Slightly less than 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and dried
  • 1 t. minced garlic

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
