Another important reason to keep your contact information updated is for our Co-op Cash Back program. Because we operate as a not-for-profit cooperative business, we retire margins to our member-owners when financial conditions permit. This is one of the reasons we always ask for a forwarding address if you move outside of our service territory. You could get a Co-op Cash Back check several years later!

To update your contact info in the SmartHub mobile app, click on the More tab at the bottom of the screen, then choose Settings, and then Contact Methods. From the Settings menu, you can also review the Manage Notifications menu to enroll in text messages and email communications for various account details.
