Thank you to all the campers who participated in Henry County REMC’s 5th Annual Summer Cooperative Camp, held June 22-26. Throughout the week, students explored the electric utility industry through a variety of hands-on learning experiences, safety training, community service projects, and career exploration activities. From operating specialized equipment and learning about electrical safety to tackling teamwork challenges and developing leadership skills, campers embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

It was inspiring to watch these future leaders work together, support one another, and demonstrate the cooperative spirit. We are grateful to our employees, industry partners, sponsors, and volunteers who made this unique experience possible, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact these young people will have on their schools, communities, and future careers.
