Henry County REMC’s 2026 Annual Meeting is just around the corner. Although this year’s ballot does not include any contested races, member participation remains essential to our cooperative’s democratic foundation.

In the coming weeks, members should watch for their ratification forms arriving by mail. In accordance with our bylaws, members are asked to review several key items, including the cooperative’s financial statement, the minutes from the 2025 Annual Meeting, and the results of this year’s board election. Members will then mail the ratification form in the return envelope and cast their vote to approve or not approve these items.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS

The following directors will continue serving in their respective districts:

Yvette Brown, District 1

Mike Reynolds, District 3

Kerry Glisson, District 5

Jamey Marcum (Vice Chairman), District 6
