Annual Meeting and voting information

This year’s Annual Meeting for Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on June 16 at 7 p.m. Members will receive the annual report and voting materials for the board of directors and nominating committee members in Districts 3 and 6, mailed directly to their homes on May 15. This provides a full 30 days to cast your vote before the virtual Annual Meeting, when election results will be announced.

Participating in the election not only gives you a voice in the cooperative’s leadership but also earns you a $5 bill credit. There are two ways to vote.

Use the enclosed ballot and business reply envelope to return your vote by mail

Use the unique passcode and website printed on your ballot to vote online

The election will close on June 15, 2026, at noon. To ensure your vote is counted, please allow enough time for your mailed ballot to be received and processed. If you are voting close to the deadline, we recommend using the online option.

Also included with your voting materials is a parking pass for the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair meet-and-greet event on June 23. This is a great opportunity to meet your directors and enjoy a night at the fair. Simply present the parking pass upon entry and bring the top portion of your ballot to the tent to receive $30 in fair food vouchers.
