The Annual Meeting of Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7 p.m. to take action on the following matters:

Reports of officers, directors, and committees.

Election of one director each from Districts 3 and 6.

Election of one nominating committee member each from Districts 3 and 6.

All other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

In connection with the election of two (2) directors and two (2) nominating committee members, nominations have been made by the nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws.

Members who vote in the election will receive a $5 bill credit.

A meet-and-greet will be held at the fairgrounds on June 23. $30 in fair food vouchers will be issued per member in attendance.
