Notice is hereby given that an online, livestreamed annual meeting of Daviess-Martin County REMC will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026. This meeting will not be open for the membership to attend in person. The meeting will be livestreamed on Facebook and also posted on the webpage for the membership to view. The meeting will be held at the Daviess-Martin County REMC headquarters office building, Loogootee, Indiana, at 5:00 p.m. to act on the following items:

The election of two (2) directors for the Cooperative to serve a term of three (3) years for each of their districts are as follows:

District 3: Daviess County – Washington and Veale townships
Brandt Schuckman

District 6: Martin County – Halbert, Lost River, Rutherford and Mitcheltree townships
August Bauer

Passing upon reports for the previous calendar year

Transacting such other business as may come before the meeting

Since the membership of the cooperative is joint, either husband or wife may vote.
