• One vote per membership. (The electric service must be in your name to be entitled to vote.)

• Members who vote online or through SmartHub and by mail will only have their mail ballot counted.

• Envelopes must be received no later than March 30, 2026, for vote to count. Please allow sufficient time for delivery to avoid delays.
