OFFICIAL NOTICE OF OUR 2026 ANNUAL MEETING

Dear member:

The annual meeting of the members of Marshall County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will take place online, via mail-in voting, and now, with SmartHub. Cast your vote online, via mail-in ballot or through the SmartHub app or web portal.

Two directors will be elected. The candidates selected by the nominating committee are listed on pages 29-30..

Your director election packet will be mailed to you. Read the information to the right for more details.

A prerecorded business meeting will be available the day of the annual meeting and may be viewed on the Marshall County REMC YouTube page, accessible from a link on our website, marshallremc.com/annual-meeting.

Members who vote in the director election will be entered to win one of several bill credits. Prizes will also be awarded.
