2026 director election and annual business meeting

One of the things that makes Boone Power unique is that our customers are also member-owners, and each year you can participate in board of directors elections. Because Boone Power is a cooperative, we follow the “one member, one vote” governance model. That means each membership – not each individual within a household – is entitled to cast one ballot. Directors are elected to serve three-year terms. In 2026, the election districts are 1, 2, and 3.
