Districts Up for Election

The following districts will be represented in the 2026 director election: District 1, District 3, District 5, and District 6. District 1 will fill a recently vacated seat for a one-year term. Districts 3, 5, and 6 will each elect a director for a standard three-year term.

March 13: Director packets due

Candidate packets are now available at our office. Interested candidates must submit their packet, with signatures, no later than the end of the business day on March 13. Candidate bios and professional photos are also due at the time of submission. Please contact Andrea Melton at amelton@hcremc.com for information regarding professional photos.

March 20: Candidate interviews

Candidates running for the 2026 election will have the opportunity to sit with staff one-on-one to discuss expectations like time commitment, travel, and compensation. Candidates will also learn more about the cooperative as an organization.
