CEO
At Noble REMC, we’ve always believed that the heart of our cooperative is you — our members. This isn’t a company run by distant executives. It’s guided by people who live right here: farmers, bus drivers, small business owners, and neighbors who care about the same things you do. That’s what makes us strong.
Now, we’re inviting you to take an even bigger role in shaping our future. Every year, members like you have the chance to run for a seat on our board of directors. Why? Because your voice matters.
The decisions we make today — about new technologies, changing regulations, and how we serve our community — will impact generations to come. And we want those decisions to reflect the values of the people we serve.
THINK YOU’RE NOT QUALIFIED? THINK AGAIN.
You don’t need to be an expert in electricity or business. What matters most is your passion for this community and your willingness to learn and lead. If you care about where you live and want to make a difference, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
This year, three districts are up for election:
• District 4: All of DeKalb County served by Noble REMC, plus parts of Salem Township (Steuben County) and Perry Township (Allen County).
• District 5: Sparta and York townships in Noble County and part of Turkey Creek Township in Kosciusko County.
• District 9: Green Township in Noble County.
If you live in one of these areas, you can run by filing a petition with 15 member signatures. We’ll provide everything you need. Completed petitions, short biography, and authorization for a background check are due by March 18..
This is your chance to make a real impact. To keep our cooperative strong. To ensure we stay focused on what matters most — serving our members. If you’re ready to step into leadership, give us a call at 800-933-7362. Let’s build the future together.
