Red Velvet Fudge
Red Velvet Fudge
2 cups white chocolate chips (more for optional topping)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tsp red food color
½ tsp salt
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cocoa powder, red food coloring, and salt until thoroughly combined. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, then spread the fudge mixture evenly into the pan. If desired, melt some white chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge. Then take a toothpick to create a swirl pattern on top. Chill for at least 2 hours.
