The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually via livestream from the Daviess-Martin County REMC office on Thursday, April 23, 2026. A recording will be posted to the REMC website afterward.

BUSINESS ITEMS INCLUDE:

• Election of two directors (Districts 3 and 6) for three-year terms

• DISTRICT 3: Washington and Veale Townships (Daviess County)

• DISTRICT 6: Halbert, Lost River, Rutherford, and Mitcheltree Townships (Martin County)

• Approval of fiscal year reports

• Other business as may properly come before the membership

In compliance with the bylaws, nominations must be submitted by petition no later than Monday, Feb. 23, 2026. Visit the REMC office Monday through Friday, 7: 30 a.m. to 4 p.m., to pick up a nomination packet.
