Indiana students in grades K–12 are invited to submit artwork for the 2026 Cooperative Student Art Contest! This long-running statewide program celebrates creativity at every grade level. A first-place winner ($100) and an honorable mention ($50) are selected from each grade, and one overall Best of Show winner earns an additional $100.

Each grade is assigned a month to illustrate — beginning with January for first graders and wrapping up with December for high school seniors. (Kindergarteners may choose any subject, season, or event.) Winning pieces will be featured in Indiana Connection magazine, which reaches households across the state.
