The Annual Meeting of Bartholomew County REMC will be held virtually on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7 p.m. to take action on the following matters:

• The reports of officers, directors and committees.
• The election of one director each from Districts 2, 5, and 7.
• The election of one nominating committee member each from Districts 2, 5, and 7.
• All other business that may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

In connection with the election of three (3) directors and three (3) nominating committee members scheduled for this meeting, nominations have been made by the nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws.

Members who vote in the election will receive a $5 bill credit. A meet and greet will be held at the fairgrounds on June 24. Members who attend the event will receive $25 in fair food vouchers
